A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
Cancellations: If you cancel your party, the $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact Simply R and B at least 7 days before your scheduled party. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Outdoor Parties & Weather: If weather conditions make an outdoor party unsafe or impractical, we will work with you to reschedule your party for another available date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled party date.
