Arrival & Setup
Simply R and B will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled party start time to set up materials and equipment. Please make sure the designated party area is accessible and ready upon arrival so setup can be completed on time.
Participant Count
The final participant count must be confirmed prior to the event. Additional participants may be accommodated if supplies and space are available and may incur additional fees.
Allergies, Materials & Sensitivities
Painting activities involve acrylic paints and other art materials. Please notify Simply R and B before the event of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or other concerns that may affect a participant’s ability to safely take part in the activity.
Damage & Cleanup
Simply R and B will take reasonable steps to protect the event area during the painting activity. However, minor paint splatter may occur. The host is responsible for identifying and protecting sensitive surfaces, furniture, flooring, or personal belongings as desired.
Food & Party Items
Simply R and B does not provide food, cake, beverages, decorations, or other party-related items. The host is responsible for these items. Food or cake time may be scheduled while the basketballs are drying.
Supervision & Safety
A responsible adult must remain present during children’s parties. The host is responsible for the general supervision and behavior of participants and for maintaining a safe event environment.
Additional Party Time
Additional party time may be requested in 30-minute increments for $50 per increment, up to a maximum of one additional hour. Extensions are subject to availability and approval and are not guaranteed. If requested on or before the event date, the additional fee must be paid before the extended time begins. Additional time will not be available when another party or event is scheduled afterward.

Deposits, cancellations, and changes to party dates are governed by our separate Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
