BOOKING POLICY

BOOKING & DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the event as agreed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to full payment. Rescheduling may be offered based on availability.

RESCHEDULING

One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. New dates are subject to availability.

ARRIVAL & SETUP

Simply R and B will arrive approximately 30–40 minutes prior to the event for setup. The host is responsible for ensuring adequate space is available.

EVENT SPACE REQUIREMENTS

The host must provide a safe, clean, and suitable area for the event. This includes sufficient space for setup, access to the location, and a level surface for equipment.

WEATHER POLICY (FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS)

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. The host is responsible for providing a backup indoor location or covered area in case of inclement weather.

PARTICIPANT COUNT

Final participant count must be confirmed prior to the event. Additional participants may be accommodated if supplies are available and may incur additional fees.

DAMAGE & CLEANUP

Simply R and B will take reasonable steps to protect the event area; however, minor paint splatter may occur. The host is responsible for covering sensitive surfaces if desired.

FOOD & PARTY ITEMS

Simply R and B does not provide food, cake, or beverages. The host is responsible for all food and party-related items. Food time is recommended during drying time.

TRAVEL

Simply R and B services events within a designated local service area. Travel within [X miles] of [your city/area] is included.

Events located outside of this service area may incur an additional travel fee based on distance. Any applicable travel fees will be discussed and confirmed prior to booking.

The host is responsible for providing accurate event location details at the time of booking.

GENERAL TERMS

Simply R and B reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to services, materials, or setup as needed for safety, quality, or operational purposes. By booking, you agree to comply with all instructions provided during the event to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Parent/Guardian must agree for particiants under 18.
