Simply R and B
BASKETBALL PAINT PARTY WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By booking or participating in a Simply R and B Basketball Paint Party, you agree to the following terms:
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participants understand that activities include painting, use of art supplies, and handling of sports equipment. While all reasonable precautions are taken, there is a risk of minor injury, spills, stains, or allergic reactions. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned, release and hold harmless Simply R and B, its owner, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the event.
3. PROPERTY DAMAGE
Simply R and B is not responsible for any damage to clothing, personal items, or property during the event. Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate clothing. Aprons may be provided but are not guaranteed to prevent all stains.
4. CHILD SUPERVISION
A parent or responsible adult must be present during all parties involving children. Simply R and B is not responsible for supervising children outside of structured activity time.
5. ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES
Participants must notify Simply R and B of any allergies or sensitivities to paints, sealants, or materials prior to the event.
6. PHOTO RELEASE
By participating, you grant permission for Simply R and B to use photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes unless written notice is provided in advance.
7. DRYING & PRODUCT CARE
Participants understand that painted basketballs may still be drying at the end of the event. Simply R and B is not responsible for smudging or damage after the item leaves the event. Care instructions will be provided.
8. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
All bookings are subject to Simply R and B’s payment and cancellation policy as stated at time of booking.
By booking or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
